About Me

Seeking: a balance of being.

Doña Bumgarner has been exploring art since taking a watercolor class with a local artist when she was 8. She has studied many media, and was awarded a BA in Fine Art/Painting from San Jose State University in 1996. Her current work is in mixed media collage, photography, handmade books, and jewelry. She lives in Santa Cruz, California.

When not painting, photographing, or otherwise making stuff, she works at Apple Computer as an Engineering Program Manager.
