Slice and serve with fresh basil leaves, mozzarella and a drizzle of good olive oil. Salt and pepper if you like.
Even better when served with fresh bruchetta.... Slice a baguette into 1/4" rounds. Lay slices on a cookie sheet and toast lightly in the oven. Rub each toast with a piece of raw garlic while still hot.
